I love nature and moving and both you can get both with Nordic Walking. I found this sport accidentally. I used my first trekking poles many years ago for a multiple-day trekking trip and found it to be healthy for my body. And later on I found Nordic Walking that fascinates me. 

I'd love to get more people excited about Nordic Walking. I love it because it is not demanding for place, time or equipment and you can practice it in any age or physical condition. In addition, walking in nature makes you happy.
